Mondo (Ovidiu Balan), roughly ten years old, rolls into town one afternoon and begins a search for a surrogate family, the lad apparently an orphaned street-kid. Eventually, our young hero develops some close relations, but child welfare has ideas of its own, believes it knows what is best for Mondo. A highly praised, well-liked movie.
