Three girls (Monica Broeke, Emmanuelle Beart, Anja Shute) in their mid to late teens find themselves on a small island once a storm proves too much for their boat. There, they meet some boys their age who wish to court them, but the youngest (Broeke) has her sights set on an older man; trouble is, he is happily married. Might our heroine's "first desires" manage to ever go beyond mere fantasy? A typically pretty piece from director David Hamilton, but a bit more plot oriented than his norm, this one even slipping into tragedy. Fans will certainly enjoy...
