Below are answers to commonly asked questions regarding purchasing films from CVMC.

1. No, you do not need to be a member to buy films from CVMC.

2. Yes, CVMC does sell films outside of the U.S.A.

3. Delivery generally takes 2-3 weeks inside the U.S.A., to Canada and Mexico, 3-4 weeks to other countries.

4. If you live outside the U.S.A., your country might impose a tax upon your purchase. Paying this is your responsibility, not CVMC's. In my experience, this happens less than 20 percent of the time.

5. No, CVMC does not have a complete price list. Yet, if you email me a list of titles you are interested in and your location, I'll gladly supply you with the films' costs and the shipping fee (please mention where you live to get shipping fee quotes).

6. I can only get films in NTSC format. Please verify that you have NTSC capability if you are purchasing from outside the U.S.A.; no order will be shipped without verification.

7. Sometimes, I can find out-of-print films, but this process is generally slow and the tapes are almost always used as well as expensive. Please do NOT ask me to find out-of-print material for you unless you are serious about purchasing it.

8. Please read the information in purple found in each film's review. Here, any flaw found in the print is mentioned; there are no refunds for these reasons.

9. All special orders (i.e., you wish to buy films CVMC does not currently have stocked for sale) over $100 require advance payment.

10. All titles stocked by CVMC certainly are legal within the U.S.A. A few are controversial, however, and may not be legal in some countries. I do NOT know the laws outside the U.S.A. and will NOT refund any order customs might confiscate. I will gladly "flag" the more controversial titles for those concerned with this issue.
